This spacious get away will give you plenty of room to relax and unwind in a comfortable beach setting. This beautiful unit includes two full baths and a washer/dryer for your convenience. You will absolutely love the private balcony with great ocean views. The on site Sands Health Club features strength-training and cardiovascular exercise equipment, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, heated indoor/outdoor pool, and massage therapy and is available for a fee, payable to the resort.

What a Great Place. We had children from 3 to 16 - they all enjoyed it. We just LOVED the Door Code Entry - soooooo convenient. The view, the large bedrooms with TV's and large porch were fanfastic. We also found the Mintons wonderful to work with.

The condo was very nice and clean and very very close to everything. Our family enjoyed our stay. The actual hotel is in need of repairs and updating so our family was a bit worried upon arrival, but we were pleasantly surprised by the condo.

The condo is a quick walk right onto the beach, overlooks the water park and is a block away from the grocery store and 10 mins from a Target/shopping area. 10 min drive from most of the attractions. Very convenient.

The Mintons are great to deal with.

What a Great family vacation! We had 7 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room, the washer and dryer really came in handy. The kids and grandchildren loved all the pools, lazy river, water slides and of course, ocean. Grandma loved it that it was clean & there was a TV in all 3 bedrooms and frontroom plus a DVD player for grandkids at night!!! thanks!

We had a wonderful vacation- we were traveling with 4 children- 6 months, 3, 6 and 9 and everyone had a great time. Plenty of space in the condo, easy access to the beach, pool, and plenty of restaurants and attractions closeby. We will definately consider staying again, and let friends and family know it is a great place to stay and owners are great to work with!
