  • All rates will be PLUS cleaning fee, refundable security deposit and applicable taxes. To confirm your reservation 1/2 the total is due immediately by cash, check or money order. The balance of the total is due 30 days before arrival. Rates may change unless you have a confirmed reservation with your deposit sent in. Notes: On the 16 acre property at OceanWalk you will find the Clubhouse with fitness center, business center and card room. There is a duck pond and picnic table nearby as well as rocking chairs on the porch. There are two pools on the property; one large heated pool and one smaller pool with volleyball set up. There are bike racks, a children's playground, a laundry facility about 50 feet from the unit's front door, and plenty of space to walk or jog. There are gas grills by the pools and lots of charcoal grills are spread around the property for your convenience. All pools have chaise lounges, tables and chairs. The Village/Pier is a short bike ride or nice walk and the beach is about a 5 minute car ride with plenty of free parking. Lots of historical and religious sites are on and near St. Simons. Day tripping to Darien for Outlet shopping; beach and nature tours on LIttle St. Simons; taking pictures of the breathtaking 200 year old Oak trees; adventures await you on this Georgia island

A perfect vacation experience on St. Simons Island

This was our first visit to St. Simons Island. Our communication with the owners of the condo prior to our visit was excellent. We communicated via email and telephone. Dee was very pleasant to work with.
We were pleasantly surprised when we viewed the condo. It was immaculate and very efficient. It was nicely decorated with pleasant colors. It was equipped with DVDs, VCR tapes, reading material, audio books, etc.. We especially enjoyed coming in from a nice outdoor event and popping in a video. We didn't take advantage of the beach supplies but everyting you might need for a day at the beach was there ( towels, chairs, umbrella, radio, etc.). Although we did not cook meals while there, the kitchen was efficiently equipped with everything one might need. The king size bed was very, very comfortable and the linens were snow white. The bathroom was equipped with large, fluffy towels. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The description of the condo did not do it justice. It was nicer than we expected.
The amenities at Oceanwalk are excellent and accurately described. The people were very friendly.
The property is conveniently located close to the pier, village and beach. We enjoyed the pier and lighthouse area, especially in the early evening. We greatly enjoyed the village shops . Barbara Jeans was one of our favorite restaurants. We walked on the beach but did not spend a day at the beach because there were so many other things to do and we ran out of time.
I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and I hope to stay in it again in the near future.

A Great Place to Stay on St. Simons Island

We stayed at Dee's Condo for the month of March /09 and
thought it was great. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. It contained all anemities needed and
the kitchen was fully equiped. Starter supplies were provided which was great until you could stock up. Everything was very clean with lots of towels and linens.
Oceanwalk property was well maintained and close to
shopping and the village.
Dee is the perfect host, provided lots of information and
was always easy to contact.
We enjoyed our stay so well, we booked for next year as
soon as we returned home.

We had a wonderful stay at your condo.
Your covered and fenced patio was great for our 4 footed little girls.
The nieghbors were very friendly and helped with directions on the island.
We WILL be calling you again, as we have relatives in the area.

We are staying at your condo and love it! It is lovely and soooo efficient! I believe you thought of everything one might need to make their stay confortable and non stressful. The location is great! People are very friendly. This is our first visit to St. Simons and I have fallen in love with it. We will definitely return and hope you have an availability at your unit when we do.

Your condo was perfect and had everything we needed! Despite the rainy weather, we enjoyed every moment. We were careful not to wear our shoes inside due to the dampness. Maybe a rug by the front door would help future guests. This was our first experience booking with VRBO and we were pleased with all the helpful information and ease in reserving this unit. Thanks!
