THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Our time spent in your beautiful condo was wonderful. I can’t tell you how refreshed I am since the vacation. When we got to the condo your gift was sitting on the counter! WOW! So thoughtful of you to remember our 25th wedding anniversary! We toasted each other on the porch as the rain came down! The rest of the vacation was spent fishing, eating at the many restaurants and shopping. On our actual anniversary date, we went to the Red Barn and was serenated by a server there! What a great way to celebrate our marriage and the vows we made soooo many years ago.
Thank you Debbie for once again allowing us to use your condo and get away from the busy cares of the world. We are grateful for your hospitality and thoughtfulness!
My husband grew up in Brunswick and I grew up on St. Simons Island. Every excuse we can find to return to visit this glorious island we take advantage of. I will be a 'hands on' manager/owner and will continue the high standards that the previous owner set. I will take great pride in maintaining this property for everyone's enjoyment.
St. Simons Island is one of the few places left to visit that maintains that small town atmosphere and friendly and relaxing feel. The pace is unhurried and the dress is casual. There are other destinations close by for day trips, like Jekyll Island, Little St. Simons and Cumberland Island which have history and lovely beaches. St. Simons has about two miles of beaches, Neptune Park with family activities, plus community theater and a great public library making it a great place to visit. Biking is a wonderful past time with bike paths all over the island and the island is very flat. If you love nature, the hundred year old live oaks with the hanging spanish moss are beautiful. Concerts and art shows are held in the park in warm weather, and there is a Tour of Homes during the holidays. The PGA holds the McGladrey tournament here in the fall. Yachting, sailing and deep sea fishing are available as well as a casino ship with daily cruises. All things together make St. Simons a great place to visit or live.
