Moon Lake House is a fantastic luxury home with three master suites and two bedrooms. The heated pool and spa are mere feet from Moon Lake. The pool area has child safety alarm. The villa is ten minutes from Disney Amusement Parks, 20 minutes from Universal theme Parks, and a plethora of golf courses, entertainment, shops, and restaurants. Moon Lake House is wheelchair accessible. It also has many safety features including smoke detectors, security system, and pool alarm. It is located within Formosa Gardens, a prestigious gated community. Linens and kitchen supplies are furnished. The office has a computer with broadband Internet access, fax machine, copier, printer and scanner. There is also a secure wireless internet access for your wifi lap top. Long distance calls within the US and international calls to the UK and 30 other European countries are free. We understand the difficulty traveling with families, so we provide a playpen for sleeping, stroller, and high chair.

Dr. Clark grew up in Ohio, graduating from Lakewood High School in 1956. He was very active in school activities such as clubs and sports including football and briefly wrestling. He also had various jobs such as the local swimming pool, delivering groceries and bakery products, and two morning paper routes. Two summers during the college years he worked at a bread bakery and two at Chevrolet Cleveland auto factory.

Dr. Clark achieved a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1962 at the Ohio State University in Columbus, OH and a Master of Science (MS) in 1968 and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in 1976 at the George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Dr. Clark's has stretched over three phases. Phase one included over 23 years in the United States Naval Dental Corps, retiring on February 1, 1986, at the rank of Captain and as the Commanding Officer of the Naval Dental Research Institute as well as four years of sea duty. Captain Clark also trained as an Alcohol Addiction Counselor.

Phase two then moved on to the Block Drug Company as Director of Professional Affairs, taking early retirement on April 1, 1998. During these 12 years he supported the Dental Products Division with Marketing and Sales Activities and represented the company to the professional dental world. Dr. Clark also achieved training as a Smoking Cessation Counselor.

The activities of Dr. Clark's current and third phase have been more entrepreneurial. They have included three years as a New Jersey Mortgage Banker and now an ongoing tenure as a Licensed Real Estate Associate, State of Florida. He is an experienced Real Estate Investor and Developer and Stock Market Equity Investor.

Dr. Clark has been active in the community with local church activities, a member of the Township of Morris (NJ) Board of Adjustment and Morristown (NJ) Kiwanis Club activities such as Director of the Kiwanis sponsored Country Squire Run, member of the Board of Directors and President,

The Moon Lake House was the model home to about 135 homes built in the prestigious, gated community, Formosa Gardens Estates. It has a unique style by virtue of its design and interior decoration, courtesy of the builder. When George and Arlene bought the home in 2004, they improved the interior decoration with their experienced tweaking. Moon Lake House is extremely well situated in an area that is dotted with, but conveniently distant from, a growing restaurant and shopping community and with the near proximity to Disney, Universal, and many other Orlando area entertainment attractions.
