Completely furnished unit down to spices in the kitchen and bubble bath in the large soaking tub. Gourmet euro kitchen with all gadgets, stainless steel appliances, pantry, granite country tops, italian cabinetry. Living room with Queen sleep sofa and rocker love seat with 2 independent recliners to watch the new 42 inch Plasma TV. Plasma TV's/ DVD's in each Master Bedroom. Brand new king posturepedic beds and bed sets. Pub table expands to seat 8. There is a $125 professional cleaning fee. Unit will be professionally cleaned with clean linens and towels before arrival, and will also be provided after departure. You will only pay fee once. There is a $200 HOA fee per stay.

The condo was very well located about 1 year old clean & well maintained the owner was only a phone call away & available anytime.The furnishings were not as good as we expected.The TV in the bedroom was 15" & an antique.
the furnishings were sparse the same in the living room.
The appliances were excellent & new.If the owner would upgrade the rating would be 5 excellent.I recommend this property
