Home has a garage for your bicycles, kayaks etc.; a game room in basement includes air hockey/pool table, treadmill, ping pong table and workout equipment. Private back yard with deck and outside shower. Also available - Webber stainless steel gas grill. And then there are all the little, but important things that you won't have to bring: 2 toaster ovens, ice maker, iron and ironing board, 2 hair dryers, towels (no beach towels), bed linens, plenty of dishes, bowls, pots and pans (including lobster/clam pot), etc. if you feel like cooking (Note: Chatham Fish & Lobster will cook & crack your lobsters at no extra charge). 4 beach chairs.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY : Semi-handicapped accessible if using the garage for access - 2 steps from garage into mudroom but all first floor living areas are easily accommodated with a walker.

Our family has vacationed in this home for the past three summers, and we love it here! The house is so beautiful, and immaculately kept, as are the property grounds. It feels as though you are miles from civilization, and yet you can walk to several beaches and into the lovely town of Chatham. The deck is a peaceful place to have coffee in the morning and enjoy the wide variety of birds and wildlife. We love bringing friends and family to stay in the apartment, as it allows for lots of togetherness and yet affords privacy at the same time. Kids LOVE the basement, where they can have ping-pong tournaments, and play pool and air hockey in the evenings.

The owners of this property have gone out of their way to make sure we've had everything we've needed for great vacations. They are lovely people, which is why we keep coming back!
