This 2200 sq. foot home has a formal dining room with a beautiful bay window and an additional outside dining area with a covered porch. There are two family rooms, both equipped with Cable TV and DVD players for relaxation for the adults and children. Master Bedroom has a spacious full bathroom. The eat in kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. Full Basement is equipped with Washer and Dryer for your convenience. The large private yard is 1/2 acre in size and is great for outdoor entertaining with a with both charcoal and gas grills. Minutes to the beaches, bike path and downtown Chatham shops.
