Great Family Friendly Vacation Home

My husband and I rented this property for a week this summer with our 18 month old daughter. We had been looking for a family friendly home as our daughter, like all other toddlers, likes to run around and get into everything. This home was perfect for us as everything is on one floor, eliminating the issues of stairs altogether. All of the bedrooms are on one end of the house while the family room and kitchen are on the other end separated by the formal living room and dining room. It was perfect because while our daughter was sleeping, we didn't have to worry about being quiet down at the other end of the house. This house has the most peaceful, beautiful yard. It's extremely private and we thoroughly enjoyed eating all of our meals outside on the covered deck. The house is in a nice location, close to Main Street Chatham and all of the beaches, yet far enough away that traffic would never be an issue. There are many fabulous restaurants very close by, as well as shopping (including a Stop & Shop). One of our favorite places for breakfast or lunch was Larry's PX in Chatham, inexpensive and delicious! The owner, Pam, was always so pleasant to communicate with. She provided us with a long list of recommended restaurants and activities and was always quick to respond with any questions we had. The house was clean and as it is represented in the posting. Having the airconditioning was great as the week we visited was exceptionally hot. We look forward to future years on the Cape in this house!
