Beautifully renovated and spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Full Bath Home on a private 1/2 acre setting in one of Chatham's sought after neighborhoods. This 2200 sq. foot home has a formal dining room with a beautiful bay window and an additional outside dining area with a covered porch. There are two family rooms, both equipped with Cable TV and DVD players for relaxation for the adults and children. Master Bedroom has a spacious full bathroom. The eat in kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. Full Basement is equipped with Washer and Dryer for your convenience. The large private yard is 1/2 acre in size and is great for outdoor entertaining with a with both charcoal and gas grills. Minutes to the beaches, bike path and downtown Chatham shops.

The house was lovely, clean and close to town. We have two children and it was very nice that it had enough room for all of us to feel comfortable. We were there for First Night but unfortunately it was cancelled due to a snow storm. However it was still a wonderful time at the Cape. We would recommend this house and would stay there again.
