This Lakefront Luxury Retreat is perfect accommodation for Alabama Game Day weekends, family vacations or corporate retreats. This house is conveniently located off of Highway 69 N and is only 11 miles from Downtown Tuscaloosa. While access to Tuscaloosa is convenient, you will be taken back by the total experience this house has to offer. The house has a luxurious and comfortable feel, a spectacular open water view of Lake Tuscaloosa and a gentle sloping lawn to water where you will find the perfect dock to enjoy Lake Tuscaloosa. This house sits on a three acre lot which provides a park-like setting. The gated entrance and trees surrounding the lot provide security and privacy.

The interior features a spacious great room with vaulted ceiling and spectacular view of the lake. Large flat panel LCD TVs add to the enjoyment. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances.

Oh by the way a point worth mentioning, the owner is a good guy to deal with.

We normally spend a summer vacation at the beach but we opted for the lake this time and boy are we glad. The house was wonderful. Plenty of room, picutures displayed the actual home which was extremely nice and the lake was incredible. The location of the home is perfect. Very close to T-Town but yet in the country. We plan on some fall stays if available. I highly recommend this retreat for famililes that have children of all ages.

Excellent summer vacation get-away

We have stayed at this house two summers in a row and absolutely loved it! Great location not too far from town/U of A. House is very family friendly and comfortable. Nicely appointed with everything you could possibly need. This area of the lake is nice and quiet. Great swimming area for our kids and nice flat yard to play in. We hope to return this summer!!
