Relax oceanfront in 80 degree temperatures, cooling trade winds and turtles bobbing their heads in front of you. Our one bedroom, one bath, second floor condo has a magnificent and panoramic ocean view. One of the few places in Ma'alaea, where you can hear the sound of the waves as you sit on the lanai. You will have a hard time moving from the lounge chair on the lanai, to discover the Island's many gems. I know I did and now live on Maui! We have covered, assigned parking and an elevator in the building. Centrally located to everything on Maui. After your day's sightseeing, you can come back for a swim in the pool, barbecue on the outside grill or eat at the 5-star restaurant, right in our building! At the end of our dead-end road, you will find a 4-mile white sandy beach. If my dates are booked email me. I also help friends rent their condos.

There are many activities and special events always going on in Maui. Whale watching is the favorite here in Ma'alaea. In fact, last winter our guests saw the whales right from the lanai. If you're up for the sunrise, you'll see the turtles popping their heads out of the water!

Located in the Milowai complex...: Located in the Milowai condo complex. Enjoy that warm Hawaiian sun, the trade winds blowing and the ocean right in front of you. In fact the only thing between you and the water is the warm air! -- you are direct oceanfront. Our one bedroom, one bath, oceanfront, second floor condo is very special to us and we would like to share it with you. It was here we first visited Maui years ago and fell in love with the blue ocean steps away and the soothing sound of the waves breaking on the shore right in front of us. We fell in love with the view from the lanai - watching the bright, warm sun rising over Haleakala volcano each morning we were mesmerized by the view, while we sipped coffee and read the morning paper. In fact, we love Maui and the Milowai so much that we now have three condos in this building!

Barbara, Thank you so much for renting us your condo. We spent 5 wonderful days there, and I have to say we loved every moment. When we first pulled up to the building we both kinda thought 'oh, oh' but when we opened the door, we both started jumping around with excitement. The lanai and view were amazing. The fouton wasn't the best, but I insisted on sleeping there so I could fall asleep to the sound of the waves every night (I put the mattress on the floor). I got up every morning and sat on the comfortable lanai lounge chair and wrote in my journal as the sun rose. The condo was very well stocked - there was nothing we wanted that you didn't have. The BBQ and pool area were great too. After we arrived there, we found your Maui Revealed book and in it is warned against staying in Ma'alaea...why, I don't know. It's centrally loacted, and I liked feeling away from it all, unlike all the other touristy towns on the island. We took day trips each day -2 to the South Coast, one to the NW side and Iao valley, and one day to Hana. I hightly recommend the drive to Hana, it's absolutely amazing. We ate twice at the restaurant downstairs - DELICIOUS food, excellent service and amazing view. Again, thanks so much for making my vacation a wonderful one. I definately want to return to your condo one day.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Barbara's condo. We have stayed in many vrbo's around the country, and Barbara has done a fantastic job keeping the place well-stocked with the "little things" most places are missing. The oceanfront balcony was amazing, as we spent most of our time there admiring the sunrises or reading a book from the vast library. The location is central to all activities on the island, and we truly put that to the test!

We stayed in Barbara's condo from mid-January through the first week in March. This was the third year in a row we have rented from her, and cannot recommend her highly enough. The Milowai is situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle and this allows for total relaxation. We love the tradewinds that blow through and cool things off. Being located right beside the water is priceless, and watching the whales is one of our favorite things to do. Ma'alaea is centrally located and is only minutes from wherever you need to go. Barbara is very accommodating and wants to be certain you have everything you need for your vacation, and she is an absolute delight. We highly recommend renting from her!!!

Just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Milowai!! Your condo was perfect for us and we really appreciated the fact that it was stocked with paper products and dish/laundry soaps, etc. The view was awesome. We will definitely keep your condo on the list for our next visit to beautiful Maui.
