Warm inviting home located in the Sandia Mountains on the Turquoise Trail just minutes from Albuquerque and just south of Santa Fe. Our home has a two-car garage and is on a wooded half acre lot. The Turquoise Trail is bursting with galleries, arts, shops, restaurants and you can find the unique town of Madrid just 25 miles north and half way to Santa Fe. If you golf, you will love Paa-ko Ridge Golf Club. Take a scenic drive up Crest Road to the top of Sandia Mountain at 10,700 feet overlooking Albuquerque or you can ride the longest tram in the world to the top of the mountain from Albuquerque and eat at the High Finance Restaurant. Conveniently located 12.6 miles from Albuquerque at I-40 and Tramway, and only 49 miles from Santa Fe.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! It is well kept and has everything your own house house! Huge deck to see the sunrise. 2 fireplaces, an electric grill outside, the cutest backyard, a HUGE kitchen...I cannot say enough. This is my new spot to stay at anytime I am lucky enough to go to New Mexico! The owner is wonderful! I will never go anywhere else!!!!

Five friends rented this property during the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta in October. This home was a little piece of heaven after all the sightseeing, walking riding and flying in a hot air balloon! We all enjoyed the peace and quiet, the mountain views, and the beautiful starry night sky. It is close to a grocery store and a couple great restaurants. It is also a very easy drive into the city. We all agreed that we could not have made a better choice!
