Seascape Cottages 'Neptune’ sits on Bandon's South Jetty and with the Pacific Ocean as your back yard. You have front row seating for breathtaking ocean views plus a private beach access. This unit occupies half of a custom newly built 4,000sq.ft. duplex 100 feet from the sand. Seascape Cottages are designed with a unique blend of seascape and old craftsman style warmth to enhance the enjoyment of a ocean side vacation or retreat. You can sit in the Coast Watch Room with panoramic ocean views and let your cares go with the waves and enjoy the sunsets on Bandon's spectacular seascapes or you can walk out the back yard gate and put your feet on the sand and take in the ocean air and sounds. The use of local Port Orford cedar for the wainscot and ceilings through out enhance the beauty of this seaside retreat.

Seascape Cottages is located on Bandon’s South Jetty where the Coquille River meets the Pacific Ocean. A 1 mile walking path along the Coquille River takes you to Historic Old Town and Marina. Along the walk you can take in the view of Bandon By The Sea’s icon, “The Coquille River Light House” or observe a boat navigating the Jetty Channel to open seas or a boat returning through the Jetty Channel to safe harbor. You can enjoy the charm of Old Town and the Marina dockside in addition to many fine shops plus dine at award winning restaurants. A 10 minute drive from Seascape takes you to world class golf at Bandon Dunes.     Reservation Deposit:

    Security Deposit:
    $300/Unit paid by separate check and refundable with in 1 week of departure.

    Cleaning Fee:
    One ttime cleaning fee per unit: 4 or less $85; Up to 8 $100; Over 8 or renting both units $125

    Tax Rate: 6% City and 1% State = 7% appied to rental rate.
  • We have a second unit ‘Mermaid’ also available. With double walls and double pass through doors the two private units can open up to make a large home. 'Neptune and Mermaid' are built in a mirror image floor plan of each other. Please contact us for more information.
