GREAT VACATION!

My fiance and another couple and myself had a blast all week at this quaint, cozy bungalow! A 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive from Block Island Ferry, 25 minute drive from Newport and 5 minutes from charter boats for daily fishing trips! We had lobsters for most of the week bought right from the harbor, steamers from Champlan's and had breakfast and dinner on the porch every night!
I would recommend this location for couples, close friends or even a small family :) (The accommodations are a little small/tight, but perfect!) We had everything we needed, my only suggestion is to bring some games in the event o inlcement weather.
The only negative thing (Althought not really negative?) I think of, is the housing development gets extremely quiet, very early. We felt a little odd sitting outside talking at night...but no worries, we headed down to the beach a couple of nights to enjoy the ocean breeze.
