The facilities were wonderful! The concierge service was excellent. The pools and whirlpools were warm and relaxing! I would stay at another Resort Internataional property on my next vacation!!

Overall, good property. However, on arrival, we had a very agressive sales pitch to attend an information session on time shares and buying into the property. We made an appt. just to shut the person up and cancelling our appt. for the session later. Not a good way to start a vacation especially after travelling for 12 hours, tired and hungry!

Definately need to have a car if you are staying at Diamond Resort. Also, lots of construction as they are building new condos on the property. Our unit was clean and comfortable, very nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. No restaurant on site which would have been nice to have.
