Vacation Homes in Ocean City Vacation Rental townhome

We had a wonderful time and a pleasant stay at this Townhouse in OCMD. The kids as well as the grown ups had a blast catching crabs from the dock. The beach was awesome, and just a short walk from the property, the water was a bit rough with big waves after waves, but was definitely fun. I don't believe that there is a bad spot on that 10 miles stretch of sand, but that's just what I think.

We spend a lot of times outside the deck to dine while catching the sunset and have our morning coffee while observing or waving to the boaters that passes by. At nite you can definitely hear the fish jumps out of the water while spending a quite moment with your family and roasting a few marshmallow in the fire pit. The property is well equip with all the house necessity that you need and then some. All rooms are well maintain, the kitchen is in very good condition with lots of utensils, plates and pots to chose from. The house AC is in great condition and keeps the house nice and cool. Parking space in front of the premises and plenty of street parking to choose from for a second vehicle. The property is also situated in a quite neighborhood to which I prefer. Although I think it just need a few updates, like replacing the sand in the fire pit with gravel, or blocks just to avoid dragging the sand all over the place and make it all sandy. There is a hose line at front, but a hose line in the backyard will also be a plus, so you can wash your hands from the bay water or just washing your beach gadgets at back.

Property is located I guess uptown side of the City and only a few minutes drive to Downtown and Boardwalk, but well situated and in very close proximity from the shops, restaurants and grocery stores. If you like to shop name brand items, the property is also located nearby this two Factory Outlets. The bay is also fun to watch and full of actions with all the boaters, jet ski riders and all water activities doing their fun stuff.

All in all, thank you for keeping this property in tip top shape, share it to us renters and have our first time vacation at OCMD a memorable one. We all felt the week was a bit short after all the activities including shopping on both Factory Outlets. Thanks also for all the quick email responses to all my questions and concerns.
