Beautiful family retreat walking distance to Forest Beach. Fabulous yard with wonderful gardens and tree swings for the kids and plenty of comfortable chairs for the grown ups. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, with full size and twin beds plus a bathroom. The main floor consists of a family, living, and dining room, 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. There is a kitchen, with all the equipment you would need to feed a family. Including a microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, outside gas grill, and a dish washer. There is a finished basement with play room and laundry machine/dryer.

Chatham is a wonderful Norman Rockwell town with Cape Cod League baseball games and Chatham Bandstand every Friday night throughout the summer. The town is filled with fabulous and fun family dining. The beaches and freshwater ponds as well as sea marshes are plentiful, with many opportunities for sailing, fishing, kayaking or just long walks on the beach. Down-town Chatham has many great shops. There are antiques and pottery, something for everyone.
