Italian tile floor. View from the 12th floor faces East. You can watch the sun rise without getting out of the king sized four poster bed. This large 2 bedroom is 1500 sq. ft. The balcony has an additional 300sq. ft. with a panoramic view. This is a non smoking condo. Perdido Beach is always listed as one of the finest beaches in the country.   • Our 4 poster bed is a wonderful reproduction of a classic antique. We have a view over the gulf from our master bedroom. You can watch the sun rise from your bed. The full bed in the second bedroom is an antique and is also an iron day bed. In the dining room we have a queen size Murphy bed that pulls down out of a birds eye maple cabinet.

We stayed a week at this condo and were very pleased. It was extremely clean and well kept. The furniture and beds were awesome! We stay in condo's in Florida about 3-4 times a year and this condo was the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. We had 2 small children with us and the condo was perfect for them as well. There were lego's and games for children to play with. The condo had everything that we needed: washer/dryer, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towel, plenty of towels. You do NOT receive these same items when renting a condo from a rental company. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo unit.
