Better than the Hotel:
The open kitchen is fully equipped with two electric plates, a small refrigerator, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker (espresso if you like), a toaster and a kettle. The entrance hall has a built-in closet containing an iron and ironing board. The tiled bathroom has a BATH TUB, a washbasin, a toilette, a hair dryer and a washing machine. There is a window inside. Heat and hot water are both electric.
It is easy to eat at home: the grocery in the street is open till 12pm. The cheese shop, butcher, and bakery are down the building. You'll smell the fresh bread of Mr Martin and eat croissants for breakfast. Berthillon, best ice cream in Paris, is opposite the street.

I am the owner of the rental. (My name is Annie) and I live near the flat so I can help you when you want. I shall be there on your arrival to familiarize you with appliances, which included washer, dishwasher, Internet, DVD DIVX player, flat screen TV allowing reception of CNN, Euronews, BBC world, CNBC.
To make your holidays more enjoyable, I tried to think of everything and included it in a binder...your ' Unit Guide'.
Don't miss St Louis en l'Ile church built in 1622, Hotel de Lauzun, built by Louis le Vau in 1650.....and Bertillon ice cream...
You will smell the freshly baked bread of Mr Martin, the bakery downstairs..
