Kiawah Island East Beach Tennis Club Villa. Extensive remodeling 2005, including kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom features new carpet, new king-size bed, and the master bath has a new granite shower. With the addition of our new sunroom, the great room is bright and spacious. New hardwood floors in all rooms except master bedroom. New furniture adds charm and comfort to the entire villa. Conviently located near the town center and the new Sanctuary Hotel, restaurants, shopping, tennis, Night Heron Park and other amenities . We are just a short walk or bike ride to the beach.

Notes: We accept long term renters during the winter season. 6 steps lead into our first floor unit. Four units are in the building, ours being a first floor, however the unit above is not a rental unit. It is very quiet.

The Beach: The beach at Kiawah is very wide and flat, and is 11 miles in length. At low tide the beach is as wide as a football field is long!!!l

The Maritime Forest and Marshes: We have 28 miles of paved bike paths which wind through beautiful maritime forest, marshes and open areas. The Kiawah River also winds through the island.

This villa is very nice. The owners have done a wonderful job with the decoration - and supplying the luxuries of home. We loved having access to the beach bikes and the cart that attached very easily to the bike. We were able to carry our beach accessories to the beach almost effortlessly. Great location to East Beach, The Sanctuary and the conference center on Kiawah.
The owners have been very helpful with providing information and solutions.
