New Three Story Oceanside Beach Gated Community home with professional cottage style decor. The 5 spacious bedrooms, 4.5 spacious baths offer extra amenities not found in 99% of beach rentals. Beach towels, chairs, tent, equipment, toys, boards, 4 Bikes and Two (2) golf carts Included in Rentals. There are two Well Equipped kitchens, Two Laundry rooms, Two living areas with HD Cable 56' & 42' plasmas in each, WIFI and HBO, Ipod Sound docks throughout house, TVs w/ DVD in Each Bedroom. Our Ocean Side Community Offers Pools, Sports Courts and Fitness Center($) as well as a wonderful restaurant on the beach where we have private golf cart, bike or car parking. Our Game Area Has a Foosball and Ping Pong Table. Cotton Designer Linens Are Included. You can simply bring your clothes and toiletries!!

- You Won't See Two Queens In One Bedroom In Our Rental!! Our Home Is All About Luxury And Everyone Having Their Space. Although 20+ People Can Vacation Here We Do Not Encourage It. Blue-Bell-By-The-Sea Sleeps 11 In Beds Plus 4 in Quality Innerspring Sleep Sofas. We have 3 Master Bedrooms , Two W/ Spacious Private Baths and One W/ Large Shared Tub/Shower Bath. The other two bedrooms have a Total of 5 Twin Beds, One of those twin Bedrooms has a Private Tub/ Shower Bath. There are also 2 Quality Sleep Sofas which sleep 4 for a Total of 15. 20' plasma TVs are in all bedrooms, 3 have DVD players in the TVs. Each Bedroom has a very large closet. Cotton Designer Linens are Included in High Season Rentals and Available at 125/week for Off Season Rentals. Our Housekeeping is the Best.

We have every amenity you could possibly need and then some. The upper level kitchen is equipped to prepare holiday dinner or just chill and enjoy frozen drinks made in our Professional Margarita Madness blender. We offer everything from an extra large crock pot to a lobster pot, oyster openers, and butter warmers for those of you that enjoy cooking while on vacation.
Also, we include 4 bikes with locks, 15 beach towels, beach chairs, tent, umbrella, beach equipment, game/toys/boards so you do not have to bring your own. We provide quality equipment for you to enjoy. Our custom golf carts have seating for 5 and a custom bar to hang the beach chairs for transportation to the beach.
We have HD cable for the large screen TVs. There are 5 DVD players, 2 surround sound systems with the large screens, IPod 2gos for the Beach & Bose Sound dock Music system Speakers for your IPods throughout the house and game area.
