About The Owner

Hi! I was born and raised here in Florida.

I am a retired 4th Grade teacher. I am a volunteer at a hospital.

I am a widow. I have two grown and married sons who have blessed me with 3 granddaughters.

As a child, I enjoyed swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The marine life-dolphins, rays, gulls, and various fish entertained me. Collecting and trading sea shells with my younger sister also kept me(us)busy. Now I still swim in the Gulf, watch the marine life from the balcony. I keep the shells I find.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2002
Why The Owner chose Madeira Beach

My husband and I have always loved the Gulf beaches. We were looking for a condo we could call our own. We decided on Madeira Beach because it wasn't very far from our primary residence. The fantastic views of the Gulf and the nearby amenities also helped.

What makes this condo unique

I enjoy staying at my condo because of the peace and calmness I experience from being near the Gulf. The sounds of the waves crashing on the shore are quite relaxing. I love sitting near the pool and feeling the warmth of the sun. The hot tub is another "ahh".

I take great pleasure in watching my granddaugters swimming in the pool, making sand castles, or dodging waves. What else can I say? My condo is heaven on earth.
