With this service, our home will be equipped with full size soaps, full size laundry detergent, full size dishwasher solution, additional stock of tissue paper in each bathroom, facial tissues in each bathroom, backup paper towels and supply of trash bags. It will also include a full tank of propane for your grilling pleasure as well as an arrival gift of wine. The cost of this program is $95.00 for the week. This program also entitles you with the option of concierge services during your stay for a rate of $25.00 per service / request not exceeding an hour in duration. We have rented this house approximately 15 times, year after year. It is undoubtedly the best location in Sea Pines. The home is very private, has a walkway to the beach, has a wonderful layout for small children, teenagers, and now our newly-wed children. The home is located on the beach, on the lagoon, and on a dead-end street so there is no traffic. The house was completely gutted and redone two years ago and is in immaculate condition. We have already reserved the house for summer 2008!

We have rented this house approximately 15 times, year after year. It is undoubtedly the best location in Sea Pines. The home is very private, has a walkway to the beach, has a wonderful layout for small children, teenagers, and now our newly-wed children. The home is located on the beach, on the lagoon, and on a dead-end street so there is no traffic. The house was completely gutted and redone three years ago and is in immaculate condition. The kitchen and outdoor grilling area are very well equipped.

We just got back from a week vacation staying in
this house and it was FABULOUS! We had 7 adults
and 4 kids and the lay out was awesome! The
second den was great for the kids downstairs. We
spent a lot of time on the HUGE screened in porch,
the pool was so pretty, and the location could not
have been better! The private walkway to the beach
was great and the kids loved running back and
forth. I would highly recommend staying in this
house and look forward to a return visit!
