'A family vacation by the sea will stay with you forever' in this immaculate 3 bedroom beach house.This is the place to stay! Off street parking for 2 cars, private yard, screen house w/ table & 6 chairs inside, large octagon picnic table w/umbrella, gas grill( w/ back up propane tank!) sprinkler for kids, 6 Adirondack chairs for roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. For your convenience, 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 2 coolers, beach toys & a large red wagon for transporting it all to the beach! Walk onto a relaxing three seasoned porch w/ 2 full sized futons.Then relax in a large living room (seats 10) w/ 2 leather couches & 1full size futon. Fridge w/ ice maker, dishwasher. (dishtabs included !) Free use of washer & dryer (bleach & detergent included!) All 3 bedrooms include cable TVs, alarm clocks and fans. All paper products included, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel available for your convenience! Why do we offer so much? We want the same great families back year to year!

A great house in a great location: This property has been very well maintained. It has only been used for summer rentals for the past 4 years. Only a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Easy walk back to use the facilities. There are two 'Variety Stores' on your walk to the beach. (w/ an ATM machine) On the days you don't feel like packing a lunch there's a snack bar at the end of the boardwalk offering hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries cool drinks ect... 10-15 minute walk to Downtown OOB/ Peir/ Palace Playland / Arcades ect.... 10-15 walk to Ocean Park. Short drive to Funtown Splashtown & Aquaboggin Water Park.
