Located in Lyman Maine on Swan Pond. Newly renovated with all amenities needed for a quiet or fun filled vacation. Private bedroom suite features beautiful lake view, queen rod-iron bed, 2 person jetted bath and separate 2 person shower, walk in closet, balcony for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Main floor has full bath, kitchen with dining for 8, S/F/M/DW/ice-maker, living room with gas stove, futon for additional sleeping, satellite 31' TV, DVD, VCR, stereo w/CD. Daylight basement has french doors to outside patio, 4 twin beds, 1 full, W/D, 27'TV with DVD. Has a large deck overlooking waterfront and additional farmers porch with wicker furniture. Waterfront area is grass with gradual sandy bottom clear swimming area. 60 foot 'L' dock with access for boat launching and additional floating raft for swimming fun. Have a campfire, use our canoe or just enjoy the sunshine and a good book.

  • No cleaning fee if cottage left as found. Cleaning fee $75.00/hr
  • May reduce rate to $1200.00 per week if Master Suite is not used. Deposit of half the rental fee is required at time of booking with remaining fee and security due 1 month prior to rental.
  • A security deposit of $500.00 is required and will not be refunded if trash or unwanted items are left or damage to the property or surroundings is noted. The property and furnishings must be left the way they are presented on the day of arrival. Security deposit will be refunded within 1 week of rental.
    A $1000.00 security deposit is required for long term stays.

Winter Rental: Security deposit of $1,000.00 required for monthly rental. No housekeeping service available for monthly rental.

All Rentals: Rental and use of the property is at your own risk. Deposit of 1/2 rental fee is due at time of booking. Deposit minus $100.00 (administrative fee) will be refunded up to 30 days of cancellation of rental. Security deposit and remaining rental fee due 30 days prior to rental. Any damaged property will be replaced by the property owner and charged against the security deposit. If property and grounds are not left as presented on arrival date, cost of clean up and will be charged at $75.00/hr against deposit.

We had a WONDERFUL time. The house was perfect for us with all our age groups, tots ,teens & us old folks. There was plenty to do @ the house & is in a central location to anything you would like to do ! (go SEADOGS)!
There was plenty of room to be by yourself & enough room for everyone to play a game or watch a movie ! We truly did not want to go home. Loved the loon lullaby @ night & the ducks in the day. We even saw deer on our hike in the woods & picked wild blueberries for a snack. Convenient, relaxing & beautiful .

This was our first year renting this terrific house on Swan Pond. We've rented another house on the same lake for several years and when our family began to grow and we needed more room we were fortunate to find this one.
This house is awesome - immaculate condition, great amenities and lots of room - perfect for our needs.

John and Joline are fabulous hosts - can't thank them enough for their hospitality. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. We'll be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on the clean pond very much. We have rented many cottages before and this is the first time we didn't need to clean before unpacking. The place was spotless, the amenities were wonderful, the private suite was superb. We would recommend this to any one looking for a quiet getaway but also wants a really nice place to stay. Great sunsets were a wonderful way to end the day!
