The subdued entrance hall on the 7th floor is a foil for the spectacular wall to wall view of the Mediterranean Sea that it is seen from the 2 sets of sliding glass doors that form the south wall of the living room. The second bedroom behind the living room enjoys this panorama as well. Dining area which seats 6-8 comfortably is in the short end of the L shaped sejour. A long hall separates the master bedroom suite situated at the north end of the apartment, affording a city view of Nice with the hillsides in the background. Very quiet, the master bedroom suite comprises many built in cupboards, a water closet, and a luxurious salle de bain with large tub, full-length mirrors and more closets. The main kitchen is fully equipped to serve excellent meals. A sweeping staircase goes up to a library on the 8th floor which opens onto a spectacular private planted 60 sq metre terrace facing the sea, on the top floor of the building, complete with its own separate, complete serving kitchen.

Fresh produce, boucherie, boulangerie, patisserie, the finest in Nice and on the cote d'Azur are only steps away from the apartment. The entrance hall's spiral staircase winds through the biblotheque/lit out onto the terrace, furnished for eight, which is also a marvelous entertaining space for cocktails overlooking the Mediterranean as well as a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet moment with a good book or to watch the water activity or sunrise/sunset.

perfect apartment with wonderful view

My sister and brother-in-law and I spent a glorious week this september in this apartment...and we hope to return for two weeks next year. The view is incomprable,the apartment is spacious and well equiped, and Nice is the located in the center of a wonderful tourist area. The apartment is set up so that the master bedroom is completely private. The second bedroom which is in the corner of the living room on a platform has a private bath and doors which can close it off from the living room or be left open so that one feels that the bedroom is spacious and has surrounding windows. There is a balcony on the first floor with chairs and a wonderful huge patio on the second floor with a dining table, chairs and a kitchen area with refridgerator and sink.....There is a good cafe just accross the street and several beach cafes near by...and the bus into the center of Nice is about a block away..Nice has wonderful restaurants of all types and the owner has listed many of them as well as providing a detailed reviews of what to do in Nice and where to food shop in the
neighborhood. Also she has a maid who will do your laundry and cleaning for you if you want to hire her...I would say the only two drawbacks to the apartment are that there is no clothes dryer(but there is a washing machine and a clothes rack to dry clothes on the upstarirs patio) and the elevator is a bit tricky...do not overload it..one or two persons at a time(only one with luggage) and you will be fine...
I would and have recommended this apartment to friends...its really wonderful.

Wonderful Apartment, Fantastic View

Whilst holidaying in France from Australia earlier this year, we were fortunate to have found this accommodation on the Promenade des Anglais. The apartment was very spacious and light with all amenities required for a memorable stay. We whipped up breakfast in the full size kitchen and ate it on the roof top terrace watching the boats on the Mediterranean. In the afternoons we sat on the lower balcony and waited for the sunset and the evening lights to come on along the Promenade. The apartment is ideal for two couples, with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The owners of the apartment left very detailed information regarding Nice and surrounds, from where to buy the most delicious local dessert named Tropezienne to day excursions to Cap Ferrat and Grasse. The apartment was very hardy within walking distance to all sights, restaurants and shops. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Nice and hope to revisit again one day. I highly recommend this apartment.

The best place to stay in Nice...

We have stayed here numerous times and its wondeful...The apartment is very comfortable, well located and the terrace is huge and the view is beyond spectacular..The owners are very nice and its great for a families...The beach is acorss street and the apartment is a duplex and has all the amenities, w-fi, great a/c, dishwasher, tv's...I only have great things to stay and I have stayed in many great hotels but none as nice as this...Highly recommend it..
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

My holiday in Nice

Apartment met all our expectations and we spent really good time there. All neccessary facilities like restaurans, supermarkets, night clubs and beach, etc were just few moments from apartment. The view from last floor was excellent!
