No need to use the elevator - just walk out your patio door to the dune walk-over and you are on the beach literally in seconds. This elevation also allows you to enjoy a view of the water unlike most first floor units. It is also very private - no-through traffic in your 'backyard.'   • The Master suite has french double doors that close for privacy but can be opened so that you can hear the surf at night and see the Gulf when you awaken in the morning. The windows face west for sunsets and a view of the water. The Master also contains a king-size bed, Cable TV/VCR and its own bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub. Bedroom #2 contains a Queen-size bed, its own bathroom, and Cable TV with VCR. The third bedroom contains two twin beds and Cable TV, VCR, and DVD. A great room for kids or adults.

There are full service grocery stores and fresh seafood markets nearby that complement the Unit's full kitchen that contains utensils and all necessary appliances to make your meals - if you wish.
