Photos and Description of the Kissimmee vacation house rental 5 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, all with Showers, Sleeps 12 People + 1 Baby

When we purchased this fabulous house it was because of the location, it overlooks a pond, open fields and woodland to the rear and is situated within a small gated community, just a 10-15 minute walk to local shops & eateries including Target & Publix, Waffle House, Applebees, Dennys, McDonalds, Wendys & Panda Express amongst many others. This 2005 built 2 storey house is in a small Gated Development at the end of Seven Dwarfs Lane, only 10 miles from Disney's main gate and is located just off the US192 (between location markers 12 & 13) where you can find everything that you would need as well as providing easy access to all of the attractions. We use this as our own vacation home and are pleased to make it available to other visitors to the area when we are not using it ourselves.

As well as the owners, many happy families from all over the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe have used this property as their vacation home and many will return on a regular basis to enjoy the comfortable accommodation and the peaceful location with its tranquil backdrop that you can enjoy even whilst in the screened pool. THE POOL CAN BE HEATED but will incur an additional charge. We know that you will not be disappointed with the accommodation and we are certain that you will enjoy your stay in our home.

Great Girl Scout Getaway!

My girl scout troop from Texas stayed in this fabulous house for a week while we toured Disney World and Universal Studios.

The girls had a wonderful time at the parks and it was good to return "home" to a spacious house that accomodated all of us. The girls shared rooms and loved the indoor pool. We felt like part of the community and were very comfortable in the house. It was more than we expected it to be. With 3 full baths, there were no long waits for the showers, and being able to do laundry helped minimize dirty clothes. Having access to a complete kitchen helped meet everyone's various breakfast preferences.

The various Disney World parks were within 10 miles of the house. Universal Studios was less than 15 miles away. We also saw signs for Sea World, but did not have time to visit the theme park. Since we ran out of time to do additional things, like go to the beach or visit NASA, the girls are planning a return trip within a couple of years.

One week in the Orlando/Kissimmee area is not enough to see and do everything.

Once again, we had a wonderful Florida vacation with the use of your beautiful home. The house had everything we needed and more. The pool was used everyday! It was so much nicer than a hotel :) Unfortunately, the alligator remained in hiding, but we did see a lot of other wildlife.

Thanks again for helping us enjoy our vacation!

We rented your home 6/9-9/16/07 and could not have been more pleased! The home was exactly as it was described. It is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and as comfortable as home. The location is super, close to everything! The private swimming pool made this house perfect! Because you were so wonderful to work with, your home will be the first home we will think of for all future trips to the Kissimmee/Disney area.

We really enjoyed our stay July 14-21, 2007 at your vacation rental. We found everything just as described. There were 10 of us and we were all very comfortable with the sleeping arrangements, the kitchen, the living rooms, and the pool. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely use again should we ever return to Kissimmee.
