Overall, my time at the suite was good. The decor was lovely and the view from the lanai's were amazing. The staff was friendly and tried to help eventho it was a privately owned suite. However, there were some things I was a little unhappy with: 1. The $20.00 daily charge for the parking that wasn't mentioned in the reservation or ad in the internet. 2. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival (mold in shower and around sink and toilet had orange red stains inside/outside). 3. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. We had to use kitchen sink to wash face, hands and teeth :( I would suggest a new cleaning company and maybe the owner make unexpected inspections to the property.

I would recommend the suite but make sure the above mentioned has been taken care of and the parking fees should be mentioned in the ad.

Im so glad this rental was available and we jumped on it. As advertised, this rental was clean and beautiful with many amenities. Great for kids, and adults. The views were awesome and without children we wouldve kept the slider open the whole time (33rd floor). A good indicator is that most of the airline staff, pilots/flight attendants were housed here. Overnight Parking wasnt always the greatest and was $20/day so if youre without a car, then its ideal and you can walk or ride the trolley to where the action is and the best beaches. The only other bummer was the stove top... it wasnt good at all and hardly heated up the pan for pancakes or bacon. The master bed was extremely comfortable, but we wouldnt recommend the pull-out couch bed for adults... just kids. There is a coin operated laundry facility on the 13th floor. There was WiFi available, too! Jim was very responsive. I would stay here again next time I visit.

Great Condo - Near Everything!

I stayed at this beautiful condo in August. Loved the views and closeness to everything. The Ala Moana Shopping Center was conveniently located next to the condo and had amazing food options and a grocery store!

The condo was well equipped with kitchenware and bath amenities. Definitely great experience working with the property owner as well!
