  • The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite overlooks the great room through a stained glass shuttered window. The deck off of the master bedroom overlooks the pool area and has seating for two. With the sliding doors open, you can fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. The master bath features a seperate shower/ toilet area with pocket door and a seperate built in vanity. The second bedroom has twins beds and a tropical theme. The third bedroom has a full size bed. The third floor bonus room is a great place to get away and enjoy the view. It features a wetbar with fridge, microwave, sink and coffee maker, television, a sofa and loveseat sitting area as well as twin beds, trundle style for extra sleeping. There is also a deck off the third floor with adirondack chairs for relaxing.

The garage houses the washer and dryer as well as a utility sink that makes a great place to store those wet bathing suits. The pool area is stunning with lovely tropical plants surrounding the perimeter of the yard. The solar pool heating systems keeps the pool at just the right temperature year round. Connected to the pool is an in-ground hot tub that cascades into the pool. An outdoor shower is provided for those quick rinse offs after a day at the beach.
