Perfect Rental!

I was here over the last week of July 2009 and what a difference a clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated rental makes!! I have been coming out to the the Vineyard several times a year for the past 11 years....Usually I stay at the Colonial Inn Residency Suites, but their summer rates are soo over the top that I choose the rent houses during my summer visits, and save them for my Spring and Fall visits. In all my years of renting houses over the summer I have finally found the perfect place to return to. The owners are straight forward and easy to communicate with. Even though this cottage is on their personal property it is very private from their main house, you don't even know they are there. The walk to town is short and charming. And the access to Katama/South Beach is awesome because you are out of the flow of the heavy traffic that filters thru the heart of Edgartown. I plan on returning on an annual basis!
