Photos and Description of the Palmetto Dunes vacation condo rental

Our fully furnished condo is less than a five minute walk to the beach, all paved access. The back deck overlooks the #18 tee-box of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. We are a short walk to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, kayak and bike rental, general store, Alexander's Restaurant, and the Robert Trent Jones clubhouse. The entire villa has high speed wireless internet access. The first floor contains a fully-equipped kitchen; dining room with seating for eight; living room with two couches, cable TV, VCR and DVD player; back deck with chairs, tables and a stainless gas grill overlooking #18; and two full baths. The Master Bedroom has two queen beds and cable TV. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with two queens and one with two twins. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms and balconies. This smoke-free villa was refurbished and repainted 11/05, and most appliances are new.

Our condo is in a gated community on the eastern (Atlantic) side of the island. We are a few minutes drive from the major island highway (Hwy-278) and close to several golf courses, a busy marina, shopping and the Hilton Head Island airport. We are a 40 minute drive to I-95 and a 1 hour drive from Savannah airport.
