You have so much to choose from, from water sports to leisure, you can choose from Snorkeling, Swimming, Fishing, or just walking around the town, come and explore the beautiful people all around. You have the convenience of Supermarkets, ATM's, Bakeries, Restaurants, Surf Shops, Coffee Shops. Let's not forget all the bars to chose from, places you can go and enjoy watch the sun go down. You can also venture out to the Mayaquez Zoo or to the local Casinos. There is a little bit of everything, come and explore, it will be worth your trip. My house is your house, hope you come and visit soon!

We stayed at this property in June 2009 and loved it. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, relaxing. The Owners were so helpful and communicated well throughout our transaction. They provided lots of little details - beach towels in every closet, sight-seeing ideas, modern appliances in the kitchen,

Rincon in June is a sleepy little town but perfect for travelers who want to relax & get away from it all. This property really felt like a home and gave us an idea of what it might be like to actually live in Puerto Rico. I

Walking distance to beaches, shops, great restaurants and bakeries that offered delicious pastries!!

For those not used to humidity, there was air conditioning in the bedrooms only - not downstairs in the living areas. That would be my only recommendation to improve the property. But if you plan to be gone all day, it's not that big of a deal.

We had a problem with one of our family members and had to end our stay 1 day early. The owners graciously worked with us.

If you have never been to Rincon, I highly recommend you arrive before dark or have GPS! Rincon is 3-4 hours from San Juan - don't listen to anyone who says you can get there sooner! I wish I had thought to ask the owner that before the trip as this was our first time to Puerto Rico.

We would DEFINITELY stay in this home again on our next trip to Puerto Rico. It's absolutely charming and the owners are lovely people.

House is with in walking distance to beach. You have a beautiful ocean view out the back door. Nicely furnished,clean and comfortable. The Harbor restaurant and near by surf shop are also with in walking distance. I recomend taking advantage of the surf shop next to the Harbor restaurant. Alex and his crew were great. We hope to come back and go snorkeling in the future. We had a great time in Rincon. The only down fall about the house is that the only oven was a toaster oven and that you couldn't just walk out the back door to the beach. You have to walk up the street and around some houses. We would most likely stay here again. You must also try the Sugar Chef . The different cheese cakes are delicious.
