House, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 12-14)

ENJOY A DRINK IN YOUR HAND AND YOUR FEET IN THE SAND, WITH NO PROBLEMS!!!!

PLEASE NOTE, IN SEASON RENTALS ARE FRIDAY-FRIDAY, Check in is 8pm and check out is 4pm! Get a head start on your vacation, enjoy the beach on Saturday while everyone is struggling withg check ins!

Luxurious, newly renovated three level beach front property on the south end of Sea Isle. This home has been recently renovated with a gourmet kitchen and vinyl decking. All three levels have wrap around decks facing the beach and ocean! Enjoy the sounds of the pounding surf, gorgeous ocean views and wonderful sunsets! This is the ultimate family vacation location. You are only steps away from a guarded beach with kayaking, boogie boarding, surfing, and fishing. Walk to ice cream shoppes, miniature golf, playgrounds, basketball courts, shopping, restaurants and bars.

Sea Isle has a promenade with arcades, a NEW amusement park, shopping and food. We are conveniently located to the night life and casinos of Atlantic City, (about 25 minutes), and to the world famous boardwalks of Ocean City (15 minutes) and Wildwood (30 minutes). Outlet shopping is available in AC, with boutique shopping in nearby Avalon, Stone Harbor and Cape May. Don't forget the Cape May-Lewes Ferry rides.

The first level has 2 big bedrooms along with a full bath. 1 bedroom has a queen bed and faces the ocean, with a slider onto the deck. The other bedroom has a queen along with bunkbeds. The second level is the living area with kitchen, dining and living room with 3 sliders opening to the wrap around deck, all with ocean views, as well as a 1/2 bath! The third level has 2 huge bedrooms. The master has a king size bed, is ocean front and has a slider onto the deck. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed along with a day bed w/ trundle and has a screen door opening onto the deck.

Covered parking is under the house for 3 cars, along with an enclosed outdoor shower.

Also included are 8 beach tags. Please bring your own linens, pillows and blankets are included.

What a wonderful week!!

Our week in Sea Isle was enhanced by the wonderful accomodations offered by this property. Plenty of space to keep kids and parents separated, right on the beach to make lugging toys/chairs/etc easier, walking distance to ice cream and shopping. A short bike ride to Acme and the playground - this place really has it all!!
