Jaco Vacation Rental house

The pictures on the website do the house justice. The house is beautiful and definitely ocean front!
The problems we had with the house is that when reading about the local amenities, it sounds as if these are very easy to find. There is absolutely no information on these at the house itself and when we went to Jaco we were not able to find half of the activities advertised on the website, such as parasailing, tennis, jet skiing, etc. Not readily available and no phone numbers, business cards, etc. The only number they have is for the local pizzeria so we were able to order in one night.
The air conditioning in our room was not working and we had people t working there most of our stay. We were offered a longer stay for free, but really how many of us can do that at the last minute? We would have preferred some money back for the inconvenience. We enjoyed our stay very much because we were a fairly large group and kept ourselves entertained most of the time and the house is great!
