Delightful three bedroom house situated on a quiet complex with the use of a communal pool. Beach only a 10 minutes walk and supermarket and restaurants only 2 mins. Nearest town of Porto Colom with wonderful small harbour and many facilities. Small garden with barbecue and terrace. View to the mountains from upstairs balcony. Many golf courses including Golf d'Or within 10 min drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning charge at end of stay of 50 euros. Non refundable deposit of 150 euros is required when booking, final balance to be paid on arrival. A 150 euros security deposit is required against any damage that may occur whilst you are renting our house. This will be returned to you within 48 hours of your departure and confirmation that the house has been left in good order. Long term winter rentals are considered, please contact us for rates. Airport pick ups can be arranged at a charge of 60 euros.
    Occasionally we have problems returning e-mails. Please always put a contact telephone number so may contact you.
