Sitting on the East side of the Snake River and tucked away from the main village corridor, this second floor, slope side property affords both seclusion and great access to River Run's amenities, including walking distance to the NEW State of the Art River Run Gondola just 50 yards from our building and the Summit Express. A short two minute walk across the bridge finds a village that knows how to have fun! At days end when your skiing, hiking, or biking is over, this village moves at full tilt. All of your senses will be engaged with lively festivals, street parties, nightlife, restaurants, shops and boutiques. If you are coming in the summer for a wedding at the new Events Pavillion in River Run, you couldn't stay at a better location than our building, The Springs! A one minute walk gets you to the ceremony!
Our smoke/pet free condo, decorated with lodge decor, faces the Keystone Mountain (the River Run ski slope). Whether in the kitchen, sitting in the living room, or on the balcony, you have a beautiful, direct, view of the slopes and the gondola. Our unique slate and distressed wood gas log fireplace with heavy timber mantle is an inviting centerpiece of our living room.
NEW in 2012: upgraded electronics in the living room! Over the fireplace: A new 37' flat screen tv- SONY Bravia LCD XBR-a new SONY Blu-ray HD DVD player-and an upgraded Comcast HD DVR for your viewing pleasure. We are located in The Springs at River Run. We have created a home with all the luxuries- leather furniture (with a coil spring queen sleeper sofa) and a love seat to accommodate two couples easily! A queen mattress set in the master bedroom, topped off with a Pendleton spread, will provide a soothing night of sleep after a hard day of play!
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to create a wonderful meal. We are updated-you will feel at home and you will be happy! Our goal is for you to return to our warm abode. We are Colorado owners, and since we visit our unit often, we have made it our second home. We have a TV and a DVD player, as well, in the bedroom, and a CD player in the living room. You will need to bring a selection of DVDs for a cozy evening in front of the fire! I have also added a SONY Dream Machine/clock radio. So, bring your iPod or iPhone 4/4s to enjoy your music.
The Springs at River Run provides a year round outdoor heated pool with a separate kiddie wading area, a waterslide, and towel service is on site. We do NOT share our pool with any other buildings! There are TWO inviting, large outdoor hot tubs situated close to the gas log fire pit and the BBQ grill. One hot tub has been designated as adults only.
Inside the building you will find a media room with a DVD player and surround sound, pool table, children's play area, fitness center, and a steam room (again with towel service). We have cable TV and high speed internet (wi-fi) in the condo. Parking is underground and heated with ski lockers in a room providing a repair bench. Exit the ski locker room directly for your short walk to the Gondola. Elevators provide access to all floors of the building. Laundry facilities are located on the same floor (down the hall) as our unit, making it easy for our guests. There is also a shuttle that stops 50 yards from our door to take you anywhere in the resort. Keystone Resort offers EXCLUSIVE 'under the lights' night skiing and there is a tubing hill for fun!
Your skiing or summer vacation will not be complete without staying in our luxury Springs condominium. We have everything you would expect, and more, in a mountain resort. We invite you to be our guests and hope you will return many times. ENJOY!
Final Notes: Our property is managed by a resort property management company. I make the reservation for you and they contact you for payment and agreements. Payment must be received within 72 hours for confirmation. M/C, Visa and Discover accepted. Nightly minimums apply. Check in 4PM and check out 10AM.
