Gem Show: January/February:
Close to Tucson. Fly into Tucson International. Rent a car and you are all set to enjoy your time at the gem show and come home to a lovely, quiet retreat! Relax in the evenings in the spa, or take a nice swim in one of the two pools. This is an active Adult Community 45 plus age group.

Close to Madera Canyon, World Famous for Bird Watching & Good Hiking.

Tucson has a very active Performing Arts programs, i.e. Arizona Opera, Tucson Jazz Society, Tucson Philharmonia Youth Orchestra. Plus the University of Arizona has wonderful programs throughout the year.

Golf:
There are approximately 40 golf courses within a 35 mile radius of Tucson. Green Valley touts 10 unique courses. All with there own personalities. Quail Creek Golf Course surrounds the Community.
