The address is 5 Queen's Way, at the corner of Long Pond Road in Wellfleet.

This house is great for families wishing to share a vacation rental. It's within walking distance (3-10 min.) of three kettle ponds: Long Pond, Dyer Pond and Great Pond. Bay and ocean beaches are within 1.5 miles and charming Wellfleet center is less than a mile. Restaurant and recreation opportunities abound.

The private backyard, which borders National Seashore property, has a lovely patio and space for play. The newly remodeled kitchen includes a dining room table that seats 8 comfortably. Sleeping quarters are removed from the living area; a downstairs recreation room is great for kids. The living room is bright -- lots of windows -- and comfortable.

TV/DVD available in the living room, recreation room and master bedroom. Wireless Internet access available.

Wellfleet is a quiet seashore town with lots to offer -- art galleries, Audubon Society preserve, a lengthy bicycle path, a protected harbor with lots of boating and fishing option, plus freshwater kettle ponds in addition to beautiful beaches on Cape Cod Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The house is a mile from the town center, which has a great market, shops and lots of art galleries. It is only a 15-mile drive to Provincetown, the very tip of Cape Cod, which has dozens of fabulous restaurants and art galleries and beach options.

To secure a reservation, 50 percent payment and a signed lease agreement are required. Full payment is required 45 days prior to occupancy. A security deposit of $300 is due 21 days prior to occupancy.
One-week minimum stay from mid June through Labor Day; 3-night minimum the rest of the year.

The 10-person minimum includes infants and children. The rate for exceeding 10 people is $25 per person, per night -- subject to prior approval from landlord.

Notes:	The no-smoking rule is firm. Pets are allowed, but in consideration of other guests, they are not to be allowed on the furniture and guests are expected to clean up after their pets in the yard. While there are three fireplaces in the house, they are not to be used -- repair work is needed on the flues and it is not safe to burn anything in the fireplaces.
