This was the perfect villa for my family ,it was very clean and spacious and close to all restraunts and alot of Walmarts.The kitchen was my favorite because even though i was cooking i was still apart of the family with the open kitchen.We love the pool it was clean and also spacious although the pool lights didn't work inside we liked it so much we did even miss them.The villa was very close to Universal Studios were my family spent three days at.We also went to Cocoa Beach one afternoon and enjoyed the afternoon.We plan on returning next summer because the owners aswell as the manager gave me great customer services and made me feel welcome.My family and friends have all seen my photos of the villa and want the info on how they to can stay at the villa.Our family will truly miss this villa and cherish our memories of our time spent in fla at our first villa we will never book another hotel .Thanks so much for letting my family enjoy your lovely villa

First and foremost, our stay at this property was quite pleasant and comfortable. I had previously done some exhaustive research on many homes in and around the Disney/Orlando area, and I was definitely satisfied with this home as my final selection. I arrived on Saturday with my wife and two daughters and found the place to be quite nice and roomy. Everyone was able to have a bedroom to themselves and also have their own bathroom – something you would NEVER get at a hotel – and when traveling with three girls/women, I can’t tell you how important this is. The house had a nice open floor plan that allowed everyone to spread out. There were even several rooms that we never used (the fourth bedroom bedroom, the dining room and the living room (although I did set up my computer there on the provided desk). Connecting to the provided wireless was effortless and worked well. The pool was clean and clear and I never had to do anything with it – the pool pump was on a timer and it was vacuumed the day we arrived – plus the screen over the pool/sitting area keep out everything anyway. The house is located approximately 15 miles from most Disney attractions which is reasonably close enough, however, the timing of the Florida traffic signals – it can take several minutes for it to go green again – can really exacerbate your travel time.
There were only two minor issues with our entire weeks stay. First – and this is advice for everyone – bugs in Florida are EVERYWHERE. It’s just something Floridians deal with all the time. As such, we did discover some ants (really little ones) in the house but after some extra floor cleaning and making sure to empty the trash every morning & evening, we didn’t see anymore. Second – although this has nothing to do with the house – one morning we were awakened at 4:15 AM by three (yes, three) families arriving from North Carolina in the house next door to us and their combined children running around and screaming. My suggestion to whoever let out this property is to have some reasonable check-in times – for the good of all.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced placed to stay.
