Additional information about rental rates

  • To reserve a date and property a completed contract (which will be sent via email) and 1/3rd of rental payment is required at booking. The last 2/3 payment is due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy. All payments and taxes can be charged via credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover).

    Standard fees such as administration, cleaning and damage insurance will be added to the rental agreement.

    Reservation Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs within 90 days of the booking, the security deposit will not be refunded. However, if we are able to rebook the property for the advertised rate your down payment, less $129.00 will be refunded.

Venus Family Reunion

Three generations attended our family reunion and all agreed that we would love to visit the Venus house again. The owner, Jim, came by personally every day to check on us. It was an easy walk to the beach with chairs reserved for our use daily. We also enjoyed the two dish washers and two washers/dryers. Bedrooms on the main level made it easy for grandparents to be a part of the action.

Company Outing for 16 Guys

We had the best time this year and we have been doing this for 12 years. the house made the trip. we arived 1 hour late and where greeted by Audrea at the door. She was great. We had a problem with the BBQ grill and she had us another one in 20 min's. it was better than we had hope for.
