Notes: The cottage we want to share with you is full of nostalgia: hardwood floors, knotty pine walls, and a tasteful mixture of antique and new furniture. A gas fireplace made of creek rock and a cozy reading nook make the lodge decorated living room a great retreat. One king and one queen, and the twin daybed (with pull-out trundle) have new comfortable mattresses. The well-stocked kitchen is a pleasant & easy place for cooking. We also have many family games, books and movies for your enjoyment. We want you to have a vacation full of wonderful memories that you will remember for years to come! We were looking for a rest and this was a perfect place for that. The kitchen had all we needed for easy cooking. The kids enjoyed being outside. Loved the flowers and birds.
Waterfalls and geocaching all within an easy drive. ~ We would love to come again!

All I can say is WOW! we had a great time at the Cottage and the kids had so much fun feeding the fish and checking out the creek. I felt right at home from the moment I stepped inside. very relaxing and family friendly.
I did not want to leave!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Creekside Cottage! Our children played in the creek, roasted hot dogs on the fire pit, and had a great time fishing in the pond. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan to return as soon as possible. Thank you!!!

My husband and I just spent New Year's week (2009) in Creekside Cottage. The atmosphere was everything we hoped it would be, quiet and relaxing. The pond has a lot of beautiful trout, great for catch and release. The birds were fun to watch, we saw a beautiful red tailed hawk and a grey heron.

Jim and I really enjoyed our week at Creekside Cottage. our mini-Schnauzers /Trex and Luke enjoyed running in the field without leaches. The cottage is very homey. You have it so well prepared that you virtually need nothing extra. All the personal touches like the bears were simply southern to us.The rain did not stop us from catching a trout from the pond. The dinner was simply delicious. The peacefulness and quiet hit home with us. Thanks so much.
