Charming, four-floor Lilac Court townhouse in the West End of Provincetown. Perfectly situated on a quiet street near Shankpainter Pond, yet just a few blocks walk into town. End unit has large windows on three sides looking out on the Provincetown Monument and a beautiful garden courtyard. Each guest bedroom is on its own floor, with a light-filled living room, kitchen, dining area, and small deck on the top level. Above the top floor is a large roofdeck with panoramic views across Provincetown--from Race Point to Provincetown Harbor. Deeded parking and everything you can think of is provided (appliances, stereo system, gas grill, etc.) The house is full of fun works of art from around the world. Guests tell me that they find the house a very magical and special place. I am looking for renters who will enjoy all the special touches and treat the house kindly; if you're looking for a place to get rowdy, this is not the right condo for you.

It's where the Pilgrims first discovered the New World...a very old New England fishing village...a vibrant community of classical artists, inspired writers, and audacious drag queens...a vacation mecca for everyone...a place that combines the sophistication of an urban village (with many wonderful restaurants, galleries & cultural events) with breathtaking beaches, dunes, forests & moors. It's constantly changing and full of surprises. It's an especially wonderful place for gay and lesbian people to vacation...where you can just be yourself.

Our Provincetown trip was excellent, in part due to the great accommodations at this townhouse. The description of the property was accurate, the property was clean and well-appointed and in a great location - quiet by about a block and still walking distance to most things we wanted to do. The owner provided excellent customer service and was easy to deal with regarding keys, parking passes, etc. I would recommend this place to a friend. Thanks!
