Bird watching and Gold Medal trout-fishing, [Colorado license required] on the property! Two-bedrooms and two- bath house, completed in 2007, furnished with a full kitchen and a wrapped deck to enjoy the whole scene from. You will love the peace and quiet offered at this property. Amenities: Television with Satellite Reception Stereo, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer, No Smoking! Pet Friendly Activities (on site or nearby): Durango Mountain Resort (35 miles), Hiking, Biking, Mesa Verde N.P. (40 miles). Springtime might bring your own private river wave for kayaking. Plenty of bird watching and other wildlife.
