SKI CHALET, GORGEOUS VIEW, LAKE FRONT ACCESS

We are still on vacation as I write this but we're having SUCH an amazing time that I had to take a minute to write a few words. First of all, the house is very easy to get to and is conveniently located to area attractions--yet is secluded, private and PEACEFUL. We haven't seen another soul since we've been here. We take a daily 5 minute walk with our dogs to the Belmont general store. Great lake views and access with sitting area and fire pit. Rowboat for fishing. We had a BLAST exploring the lake on the kayaks. Lots of wild life, beaver dam to explore on the opposite side of the lake. I loved putting a lawn chair right in the water and relax with a book. Our two dogs couldn't get enough of the outdoors and enjoyed swimming in the lake! The house has a great layout for relaxing and hanging out with family and friends. It is well appointed and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need from nice quality towels and linens right down to all kitchen and bath paper supplies and soaps. Washer/dryer conveniently located in main bath.Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Very nice jacuzzi and excellent water pressure in the showers. Drinking water in UNBELIEVABLE! So sweet and pure! We had fun having BBQs and playing badminton outside. Loved the huge lower level game room which had satellite TV, ping pong, foosball, indoor basketball, table hockey, board games, puzzles and cards. lots of many different sitting areas. Desk for your laptop. Wifi allowed our son to use his WII and we were able to bring our laptop. We've been so completely content at the house that we haven't felt much of a need to go out. However--be sure to take the short drive into Weston. The Vermont Country Store and Village Store are really great--excellent fudge! Okay, now for the one huge complaint--we only booked one week! Next year we will be back for two weeks! Thanks Tom for an unforgettable vacation!
