Full use of 2 acres with large outdoor barbecue grill area with gardens, trees, and open lawn. Washer/dryer, Dishwasher, DirecTV, and High Speed Wireless Internet. House is on private road by bay. Near National Seashore Park, Highland Links Golf Course, Truro Library, Truro Vineyard. Five resident only bay and ocean beaches nearby. Truro is noted for its panoramic views within an uncrowded naturalistic Cape Cod environment, even in the middle of the summer. Yet for those seeking nightlife, it is only ten minutes from Provincetown or Wellfleet, and 20 minutes to Orleans.

  • There are two full bedrooms, each with large window(s) and light. Bedroom #2 contains two twin beds which can be put together to create a king bed. The living room is furnished with two very large couches which could sleep one person each. And we have a queen size air mattress as well. There are two separate entrances - one in the front of the house and one in the back. There is a separate driveway and the house wing has cross ventilation and total privacy. We provide all sheets and towels and there is a large washer/dryer which can be used for laundry. There is also an outdoor clotheline which can be used.

There are private roads around the house which have virtually no or very little traffic which lead to the Bay Beach and serve as ideal places to walk your pets. The grounds are spacious and open for your pets. There is an electric fence which encompasses about 1+ acre of land behind the house.
