  • There are two full bedrooms, each with large window(s) and light. Bedroom #2 contains two twin beds which can be put together to create a king bed. The living room is furnished with two very large couches which could sleep one person each. There are two separate entrances - one in the front of the house and one in the back. There is a separate driveway and the house wing has cross ventilation and total privacy. We provide all sheets and towels and there is a large washer/dryer which can be used for laundry. There is also an outdoor clotheline which can be used.

Great Place to Enjoy the Beauty of the Cape

After Labor Day in September is my favorite time of the year on the Cape. The kids have gone back to school and it is easy to drive around and enjoy the scenery. I enjoyed a peaceful week at Bob's in September last year. The weather was glorious and a rest was just what I needed. Bob was quite helpful and congenial, making suggestions on places that I might enjoy seeing. I enjoyed being able to sit outside witih my coffee in the morning and with my glass of wine at night. Everything is clean and in order and I loved the kitchen and being able to cook my own food. We had a very pleasant stay and plan to go back again this year.

Quiet and relaxing

I stayed at this lovely cottage last summer. It was a wonderful location to relax and kick back in. This charming location overlooks a delightful orchard yet is close to wonderful beaches.Bob keeps this place clean and tastefully appointed.He is always busy working on the the yard and is happy to help you with what ever you need. Comfy Adirondack chairs in the yard beg you to sit down and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. This quiet area belies the fact that wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and museums are near by - not to mention people watching! I look forward to returning again this summer.

" I have spent one week each of the last three summers with my son at this pleasant and beautiful spot. The grounds are very well kept to lounge in and the charm of the house is inviting. The house is near Provincetown and also near Wellfleet. There are
theaters , restaurants and also beautiful beaches nearby.

Relaxing and Private

I spent a week in Truro last summer. This is a clean, trim little spot. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the lawn with a chilled glass of wine after being on the beach all day! Bob suggested several art galleries to visit; I even got to meet some of the artists - such a treat. This bit of heaven is also near many great restaurants, beaches, and those wonderful dunes to hike in. If you like pirates, go visit the remnants of the old pirate ship in its own museum!! Bob made sure we had every thing we needed in the well appointed house which included the aforementioned comfy lawn chairs and a grill tucked into his small glade of trees that offered a bit of privacy! I will definitely make a return trip!
