Reservation Policies:
We need 50% payment to secure any form of reservation. Once a deposit is received we will send you an extensive confirmation package with all necessary information along with a short rental contract. Final payment and short rental contract must be turned in 30 days prior to arrival. Then a 6 digit combination code to the property will be provided to you via email. All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total rent. Cancellation fees will incur with the exception of the reservation being cancelled within 48 hours of making the reservation.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, in full. Rent is due 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas and New Years holidays.
Last minute reservations (reservations made within 30 days of arrival) require a non-refundable full payment, unless cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservation.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check in: For all reservations, check-in is 3 PM to 5 PM. Earlier check-in times can be arranged prior to your arrival. Since you have to fill out the short rental agreement prior to you arrival, all guests can just go straight to the property and use their specific combination code to enter the properties.
Check-out: At 10 AM. If for some reason you need to extend your check-out time, please let us know so we can make any late check-out arrangements. Lori Hill, our local contact person can handle any questions while you are staying in South Lake Tahoe. Note that she is not our management person nor does she represent a management company; she is only our local contact and cleaning person. She may be contacted for emergencies and lock-outs (a charge may apply for lock-outs).
Ski:
Heavenly Gondola is 8 minute drive away and Heavenly Ski Resort is only 10 minutes away. Sierra is about 20 minutes back up the mountain. Kirkwood is 45 minutes away. Northstar is about 30 minutes away.
Golf:
Edgewood Golf Course is just down the block.
