cute apartment

The apartment is cute, but what is not shown is that it is above a Liquor Store/Market and is an apartment of four.
The street was noisy and the customers downstairs were heard until closing time. The neighbor had access to the unit and actually opened it for us using a different key-code than what we were given. They told us that they come in randomly to reset the internet router.....so consequently, the apartment was not able to be locked when we were not inside. We were able to lock the deadbolt when we were inside, but when we left, it was left unlocked. Very unnerving...anyway, the owner seems very nice, good price, cute, small, but fairly nice and really close to the beach and bay but, probably would not rent again.
Owner's Response: .1. There is not a liquor store below the unit. There is a garage that the renter may use. There is a market next door and below that does sell beer and wine. Most people appreciate not having to get into their car to buy milk and coffee.
2. There are 3 units total. The word "apartment" conveys this, so does "see my other listings".
3. The guests were confused about the keyless entry. They called me and I helped them. They never called again. My long term tenant, who I have a complete history on, helped them next time. He does have the code for emergencies- like during the summer when the entire block lost electricity. He reset the modem. I immediately sent a locksmith to the unit when I heard she had trouble. The locksmith said it was fine. We have had hundreds of people use the keyless entry without any trouble. I am sorry they were so confused and refused to call a second time. We are available 24/7. Many people have lost keys on the beach, which is why we went to keyless entry. We feel it is easier and safer, as we can change the code any time. They requested their money back; we offered them a free night.
