You can walk to many stores, restaurants, tour companies and other areas of interest. This is the 'happening' town in the area.
2 private bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a view overlooking the pool, with a slight ocean view, spacious private balcony. There is also a master en suite.
2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. Direct access to 2nd bathroom.
2 bathrooms with a toilet, sink and shower. The shower in the master bathroom is large and could be used for bathing young children.
Full kitchen - fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Pots, dishes, utensils, glasses, etc.
Family room - 43 inch Plasma TV with English/Spanish Cable. Shared high speed Internet - 4Mb/s for the building.
Why Tamarindo?: Central to so many things (Tours, Restaurants, Groceries, Beaches)
This is the town in the Pacific North West of Costa Rica for being able to find and plan activities. Other coastal towns in the area don't have nearly as much to offer in the way of activities, restaurants, etc. Tamarindo is one of the top tourist destinations in the country. It is large enough to keep families, surfers, nightlife seekers, all happy.

Laurie is a visual merchandiser who travels across Canada for her work.
Both of us are avid travellers. We own 5 vacation rental properties with Laurie managing the bulk of our rentals. Together we’ve spent many months travelling the world (North America - 5 provinces, over 20 states) (World - 10 countries and numerous territories) not counting places we’ve been to individually. Our goal is to do a good job exploring this great world of our in the time we have here.
We are open to trading time at our properties during the off peak seasons. All our properties are fantastic to visit year around.

Built & managed to North American type standards so it is very unlikely that some type of Costa Rican critter will be found in the condo, unlike some of the less expensive places around town where it is not unusual to find cockroaches, ants, spiders, crabs, and possibly even snakes living with you in your accommodations.

Guide books for the area, some pool toys for children, pool towels, a safe in the room that will fit most laptops
A number of major things you don’t get at most other places, especially at the price we quoted you.
There is a king size bed, and 2 queen size beds in the condo. The king bed is in the master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, another queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. One of the beds is a pull out couch in the main floor family room.
We fell in love with this property because we can walk to everything. Including our favorite evening activity of walking from our condo to the beach every evening to see the sunset, or just enjoying it from our balcony.
Our condo is also wider than some of the other condos within Sunrise so it made it easier to buy larger furniture and to allow for a sofa bed in our family room.
Downtown Tamarindo, we are tucked just off the main street of Tamarindo and it takes just seconds to walk to the beach, restaurants and activities.
