Across from world famous Tamarindo beach, other beaches are near by (Langosta, Grande, Flamingo) You can walk to many stores, restaurants, tour companies and other areas of interest. This is the 'happening' town in the area. 2 private bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a view overlooking the pool, with a slight ocean view, spacious private balcony. There is also a master en suite. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. Direct access to 2nd bathroom. 2 bathrooms with a toilet, sink and shower. The shower in the master bathroom is large and could be used for bathing young children. Full kitchen - fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Pots, dishes, utensils, glasses, etc. Family room - 43 inch Plasma TV with English/Spanish Cable. Shared high speed Internet - 4Mb/s for the building. Washer/Dryer.

    We charge a flat rate, independent of the number of people staying in the unit (for up to 7 people).
  • We participate in HomeAway's SecureStay program. This means that you can request that we invoice you through PayPal. We then do not see your credit card details (only PayPal - a very trusted online payment source sees your credit card details).
    If you request to pay through SecurePay/PayPal, and book with us, you are automatically enrolled in HomeAway's Rental Guarantee program. The guarantee is FREE for travelers (from HomeAway, not this property owner) and provides up to $5,000 of payment protection so you can rest easy and rent with confidence.

Why Tamarindo?: Central to so many things (Tours, Restaurants, Groceries, Beaches) This is the town in the Pacific North West of Costa Rica for being able to find and plan activities. Other coastal towns in the area don't have nearly as much to offer in the way of activities, restaurants, etc. Tamarindo is one of the top tourist destinations in the country. It is large enough to keep families, surfers, nightlife seekers, all happy.

Sunrise, Sunset & The Beach

Loved our stay at Sunrise #6. Really enjoyed the location - the beach just across the street, the swimming pool, internet, well equipped kitchen - a perfect home away from home. Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio overlooking the pool, listening to the howler monkeys and the sunsets in the evening. Very well located - close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Staff were very helpful. Many tours of the area can be arranged. Condo is spacious, comfortable and secure. We look forward to a return trip. Info on "What to Pack" really helped plan our trip and the weather was perfect.

This condo was great! I'm 23 years old and traveled with my girlfriend and three cousins and was floored by the condo. The pictures acurately show the condos location. There was plenty of room, it was clean, and the complex was beautiful. It is located in a quiet area right in between many restraunts and shops with beach access right out front. Whether you have a family and want to sit poolside or go to the beach this condo is a fabulous choice. A plus is the plasma tv and very friendly owners
