Located less than a mile from both downtown McCall and Ponderosa State Park, this Aspens condo is the perfect headquarters for your vacation. The McCall Golf Course and a mini mart for your morning newspaper are just across the street. Nearby Davis public beach and marina afford easy access to Payette Lake. Each bedroom has a queen size bed; the living room features a queen sleeper-sofa with an upgraded inflatable mattress. The master bedroom has an adjacent half bath; the main bath features a deep jetted tub-shower. A second entrance accesses a mud-laundry room making it easy to shed those ski clothes and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped, plus there is a gas grill on the balcony. All bedding and towels provided. Additional amenities: 2 TV sets, cable TV, DVD and CD players, VCR, wood stove, firewood, garage plus extra parking for a second vehicle or boat or trailer, tennis court and swimming pool in the summer. Very family friendly, however no pets or smoking

  • $125 per night with a two night minimum
  • We have no high or low season rates. We also do not charge according to number of people staying. It's simply $125 per night with a two night minimum. We sometimes offer fall and spring specials. If you stay six nights, you get the seventh night free; that's one week for $750. A $150 refundable damage deposit is required. $65 is the average cleaning fee. It is based on number of occupants and length of stay. Please contact owners for the cleaning fee for your party's size and number of nights staying.
