Perfect! Everything we had hoped for and more!
We rented all three units, A, B & C. With 15 family members, this place provided the space and entertainment that we had hoped for. With nine young adults, 17-30 yrs. and the rest 50-88 yrs, finding something for everyone is a challenge, but this location had it all; a Starbucks, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping (and Night Clubs) and within a couple of blocks! The beach is a short 2 block walk and all of the beach necessities are provided; umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, everything--including the coolers! A basement with a washer and dryer were an unexpected bonus!
In addition, the house and cottage are beautifully maintained and very clean. Owners Jon and Tami really show their love for the home, from the interior's tasteful decor to the well groomed gardens with fresh basil and rosemary. A lovely backyard provided a welcome space for relaxing or a family barbeque--with three grills!
We hope to make this a family tradition and return for years to come!
