Perfect for our family!

My extended family of 13 rented units A, B, and C for our vacation. They met our needs perfectly. It was nice that we each had our own space, yet were still close. The home and cottage are just 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, and close to countless other attractions. From ages 5 to 65, everyone was happy and had something to do. It was great to be able to grill out and use the outdoor tables and backyard to eat and enjoy the evening. The basement laundry ($2.00 to wash / $2.00 to dry / bring quarters) and the clothesline outside were convenient. Also provided were coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards, some of which were new and all of which were in good to great condition. I felt we had much more space and many options and conveniences that we would not have had in a hotel or condo. My security deposit was returned quickly. The owner, Jon, was easy to deal with and replied to emails very quickly. The units were clean and well-appointed. I would recommend this property to a friend.
Owner's Response: Thanks for the review, we do try our best to make your vacation enjoyable. We are the closest three unit property to the beach in the resort area, less the 5 minutes to the boardwalk. Our laundry is small, but provides that needed amenity that everyone needs on a vacation, we charge to make sure everyone gets to use the washer and dryer in a timely manner.
