Luxurious oceanfront 2700 sq ft, 26th floor condo with a large 175 square foot private balcony featuring spectacular views of the ocean. The Margate is the newest Kingston Plantation complex featuring 9ft ceilings, Corian countertops, a waterfall pool with hot tub just steps from the beach. Kingston Plantation is a private 145 acre beautifully landscaped resort complete with walking paths and lakes. It features 14 pools, a half mile of secluded beach and several restaurants and bars along with a 24-hour security gate at the entrance. Kingston is minutes from all the action and hundreds of golf courses but it's tree-lined streets and acres of freshwater natural lakes make it the best of both worlds. There is a 50,000 sq ft health and sports club complex complete with tennis courts and a huge workout facility with all modern equipment. The Splash water park is awesome for kids and includes slides, a lazy river and a 500 gallon soaking bucket that dumps every 5 minutes!

A Perfect Vacation: As you enter the double doors and marble foyer you will find this condominium to be spacious and comfortable with its open floorplan and beautiful custom furnishings. The views of the ocean and beach are breathtaking and unrivaled regardless of the weather or time of day. There is central heating and air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans in every room. There are 9-ft. ceilings, crown molding, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with Corian countertops. The fully-equipped laundry room offers a separate entrance for those sandy feet when returning from the beach or the pool. There are only 9 units per floor with ample elevators to each floor. The view from the interior corridors of each floor offers a panoramic view of the plantation. Parking is on-site in a 4-level covered parking garage with a covered entrance into the main building. Pool amenities are spectacular with a gated double-decker pool area with waterfalls, ample seating in a lush, tropical setting.
