Enjoy a cozy condo just outside the Paseo de Peralta. The condo features southwestern styling, a kiva fireplace, a large balcony with views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, and all amenities for short or long-term stays. In addition, it is situated at the top corner of the building, giving it more privacy than other units. Being at the corner also allows direct access from a 1.5-story stairwell. An elevator is also available. The condominium complex contains a total of 41 units in three buildings. The other units include permanent residents, vacation homes, and rentals. There is ample parking on the premises. The condo is located on the northwest side of downtown Santa Fe, just off Saint Francis Drive, the main north-south thoroughfare. Walking distance to the Plaza is 1.4 miles; distance to the Guadelupe District is shorter. Also, across Saint Francis is a large shopping center with supermarket, Office Depot, a post office, several restaurants, and a cinema.

Nearest Airport: Albuquerque at 60 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Interstate 25 at 4 Miles
Located on the northwest corner of the downtown historic district, just off Saint Francis Drive and next to the Casa Solana neighborhood. The complex has a large parking lot and well-lit grounds. There is a park at the top of the hill that is great for dogs, and a shopping plaza around that corner that has a grocery store, cinema, post office, restaurants, and other businesses. Saint Francis Drive provides access all regions of Santa Fe as well as points north.
